Role Overview Dura Vermeer is seeking an HR Business Analyst in Rotterdam to strengthen the connection between HR, data, and process improvement. This position focuses on translating strategic HR challenges into practical solutions, supporting the ongoing enhancement and future-readiness of HR processes, systems, and data. The analyst acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that well-developed ideas are effectively put into practice. What You Will Do Analyze HR and organizational challenges, turning findings into actionable improvements for processes, systems, and data. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, using Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive a flexible, data-driven HR organization committed to continuous improvement. Use data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to clarify issues, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Translate analyses into practical solutions, including process designs, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that align with the HR operating model. Participate in sprints with HR, IT, and business teams, contributing to backlog management, sprint planning, and reviews. Facilitate strong stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and support throughout implementation, guiding solutions through to adoption. Maintain quality by documenting processes, preparing work instructions, and delivering training. Monitor improvements using KPIs and data, and identify further optimization opportunities.
