The Role
As a Senior Business Operations Associate, you will be pivotal in propelling our growth and expansion into new markets while ensuring our global operations are efficient and our customers enjoy a seamless experience. In this position, you will lead a small team and serve as the operational backbone for vital functions, ranging from establishing new legal entities around the globe to maintaining compliance in all our markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic fintech environment, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and is eager to make a significant impact on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Establish new subsidiaries in various countries.
- Research and comprehend local VAT/GST, withholding tax, and e-invoicing requirements in new and existing markets.
- Serve as the primary resource for identifying local operational facts and ensure a smooth technical handoff to the Accounting and Controlling teams for compliance and execution.
- Manage daily customer correspondence.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of entity details.
- Assist in optimizing processes through AI-driven solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Verify customer data through compliance checks.
- Coordinate efforts between multiple teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
