Join RF Connect as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our consultative sales initiatives. You will align our innovative solutions with customer requirements while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves managing existing accounts and enhancing their value through up-selling strategies. You will engage in both sales and technical discussions with clients, guiding them through the entire process from proposal development to project implementation. A proactive and dynamic hunter mentality, with a focus on reaching decision-makers, is essential for success in this role.
Reporting directly to our EVP of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge, nurture, and manage robust client relationships.
- Drive aggressive sales closures to achieve target objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Engage with clients at a technical level as needed.
- Stay informed on relevant technical advancements through participation in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Identify DAS venues without maintenance contracts and propose effective support strategies.
- Deliver impactful client presentations and prepare detailed proposals and documentation.
- Implement RF Connect's standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment phases of wireless solutions.
- Contribute to various business activities to broaden knowledge and support the company's mission.
