Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative with a consultative mindset and a strong results orientation to spearhead the growth of a Human Resources software company in Central America, specifically in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
This role involves building the market from the ground up, creating new business opportunities with medium and large enterprises. We are looking for an individual capable of forging strong relationships, identifying genuine client needs, and proposing valuable solutions based on SaaS technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the prospecting and development of new clients from inception through digital channels (LinkedIn, calls, emails, events).
- Manage the complete cycle of consultative sales, from initial contact to closure.
- Generate effective meetings that deliver value and address specific client needs.
- Utilize and keep CRM (HubSpot or others) up-to-date.
- Craft commercial proposals and consultative presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Adapt commercial strategies to the cultural nuances of the region.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development and consultative sales.
- Experience selling SaaS or ERP products, preferably in Human Resources environments.
- Proficiency in prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or recognized CRMs.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented profile.
About the Position:
- Contract modality: 100% remote.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Santo Domingo Time Zone)
