Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional selling and negotiation abilities, confidently interact with decision-makers, and excel in a target-oriented environment.
Experience in selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is a significant advantage. However, we welcome applicants from diverse B2B sectors who exhibit strong commercial acumen and a proven sales track record.
This position encompasses both new business development and account management. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, exploring new markets, and serving as a trusted partner for your clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships. Occasional international travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients across various sectors
- Engage in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Create new accounts and generate qualified leads
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Enter and expand into new markets, including international opportunities
Sales & Negotiation:
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations and finalize deals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for your assigned clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related matters
- Ensure effective collaboration between clients and internal recruitment teams
- Foster strong long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Market Expansion:
- Research and identify opportunities in new countries and industries
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and potential international engagements
- Be willing to travel abroad when necessary
