The Director of Business Operations (Global QC) will spearhead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of global operational frameworks that support Vaxcyte’s Quality Control (QC) and Analytical interfaces. This key role guarantees that analytical inputs and QC operations are scalable, compliant, efficient, and aligned with corporate as well as regulatory standards as we advance from development to commercial readiness.
As the primary business operations leader for Global Quality Control, the Director will collaborate with leaders across Analytical Development, Analytical Science & Technology, Stability, Process Development, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T), and Quality. This individual will champion governance, process standardization, infrastructure development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a timely, compliant, and uninterrupted supply of Vaxcyte’s innovative vaccines.
