We pride ourselves on being a product and people-centric company, dedicated to fostering growth through collaboration and cutting-edge technology.Key Responsibilities:Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners interested in multi-asset trading, including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.Facilitate the onboarding of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in enhancing their accounts, deposits, and revenues.Identify and engage with Money Managers and IBs across the MENA region.Develop a robust client portfolio through organic relationship-building across various industries.Assess client trading needs and create tailored proposals that address these requirements.Cross-sell retail clients who qualify as IBs to expand their business and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.Keep abreast of market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.Provide expert advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management.Educate clients on industry terminology and trading practices.Participate in industry events and company functions to identify potential clients as directed by management.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.Engage with prospective and existing clients to address their inquiries and requirements.Create sales presentations and proposals that clarify service specifications.Maintain meticulous customer records using CRM tools and document all communications.Monitor and follow up on client funding, trading volume, and new account activations.
