We seek a highly analytical, strategic, action-oriented, and collaborative (Senior) Manager of Business Operations & Strategy to join our vibrant Optimization team and elevate our offerings!
In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Management teams across regional offices, as well as with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to optimize, grow, and retain our global supply. You will design and implement innovative operational processes that enhance our marketplace and maximize supplier success. Together, we will shape the future of travel.
Your Mission
- Design and Optimize Operational Processes: Develop, implement, and consistently refine scalable workflows and best practices that enable Account Management teams across all regions and cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Global Enablement & Harmonization: Lead strategic initiatives to align, harmonize, and optimize our local Account Management and Supply Optimization efforts, ensuring consistency while adapting locally for supply growth and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and regional Account Management leaders to identify challenges, extract and implement best practices, and co-create impactful solutions.
- Data-Driven Supply Optimization: Utilize data analytics to drive supply optimization efforts, enhancing supplier performance and satisfaction.
