We are seeking a dynamic Audio expert to collaborate with the Audiovisual Manager in the purchasing, management, and optimization of audiovisual media campaigns tailored for our clients.
Your role will encompass the operational oversight of campaigns, from the initial proposal to comprehensive post-buy analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts concurrently, each with distinct deadlines and projects.
- Secure initial options for new campaigns as outlined by the Audiovisual Manager.
- Optimize campaigns as prepared and approved by the Audiovisual Manager.
- Conduct daily administrative tasks including reporting and material management.
- Perform analyses to generate precise post-buy reports.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Audiovisual Manager to assess campaign performance.
- Support the Audiovisual Manager in tracking and presenting campaign results to clients.
- Stay informed about critical data such as audience figures for TV, radio, and cinema, and report any discrepancies or significant issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media sales houses and their commercial teams.
- Oversee small to medium-sized client accounts effectively.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of reports and tools (testing, validation, improvement proposals).
- Possess a solid understanding of the complete OLA process.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the audiovisual team.
