We are looking for a Campaign Manager Assistant intern to join our CRM team for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026. This position is based in Paris.
Reporting to the lead CRM, your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and enhancing our Newsletter, SMS, Push notifications, and in-app communication campaigns
- Analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing CRM KPIs as a whole
- Conducting competitive benchmarks and market research on CRM communication practices
- Ensuring operational excellence, particularly in intra- and inter-team coordination
You will collaborate with various teams (Content Marketing, Digital Teams, Artistic Direction, International Development, Tech) to achieve your objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of both ad-hoc and automated campaigns:
- Adhere to the defined commercial planning and associated campaign dates;
- Coordinate cross-team to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns;
- Create audiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Integrate emails and SMS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: set up automations and create workflows (journeys);
- Develop automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Configure push notifications and in-app banners;
- Benchmarking: develop and maintain a deck of market best practices;
- Analysis:
- Weekly and monthly performance analyses of Newsletters, Push notifications, and customer journeys;
- Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs (open rates, click rates, etc.).
