Your key responsibility will be to spearhead customer acquisition efforts by devising and executing operational strategies that engage target audiences across various direct marketing channels. This role emphasizes meticulous planning, effective audience segmentation, and strategic content creation aimed at converting database leads into active depositing customers. You will also be responsible for documenting and enhancing omni-channel marketing processes, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across biddable media (PPC, paid social, display, etc.) and affiliate channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives in iCasino and Sports Betting.
Budget Management: Supervise and optimize budget allocations across diverse media channels to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and execute campaigns that are structured, targeted, and closely monitored to achieve intended outcomes.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics and KPIs for various biddable media channels to pinpoint areas for enhancement, growth opportunities, and challenges.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Employ A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to consistently optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration with Creative and Brand Teams: Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals that support performance marketing initiatives, fostering a seamless customer experience.
Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights and market research to inform decisions, drive marketing strategies, and adjust tactics as necessary.
Vendor and Agency Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring the delivery of quality services and products.
