About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team at Teads. This hybrid role integrates client relationship management with hands-on campaign execution, tailored for individuals with a few years of experience in digital media and/or advertising who are eager to take charge of client relationships and advance in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will oversee a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring stellar campaign performance, client satisfaction, and uncovering opportunities for account growth. While a solid grasp of digital campaign execution is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is relationship management, campaign success, and commercial growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency and direct brand clients, ensuring robust relationships, transparent communication, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including the setup of Managed Teads Ad Manager campaigns and Programmatic Deal ID activations, aligning with client objectives.
- Configure and uphold campaign data requirements, including Insights tagging and Custom Audience creation.
- Track campaign performance and delivery, proactively optimizing to fulfill KPIs, pacing, and overall campaign goals.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, fostering performance enhancements and enduring partnerships.
- Pinpoint and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning solutions with client needs.
