We are looking for a dedicated Amazon Case Specialist to join our team remotely in Brazil. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and internal stakeholders receive exceptional support while navigating the complexities of the Amazon Seller platform. You will work during Pacific Standard Time hours (9am - 5pm) and play a crucial role in managing seller issues and resolving operational bottlenecks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit content to Amazon using internal processes, ensuring accurate and complete Inventory flat files.
- Utilize Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface to maintain up-to-date product data.
- Implement category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace through Inventory Flat Files.
- Work closely with the team lead to submit cases aimed at resolving issues identified during the content publication process, with a target to submit approximately 125 cases post-training.
- Escalate complex cases to the Strategic Account Services Issue Resolution team as necessary.
- Assist with submissions and problem resolution for partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Track submissions and provide updates using our project management software.
- Keep an internal tracking system of live submissions updated.
- Stay informed on Amazon's policies regarding product data management and syndication, and relay any updates to internal teams and external partners.
