Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law firms. In this pivotal role, you will act as the main contact for clients, facilitating smooth case management, fostering empathetic communication, and coordinating effectively with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Your ability to juggle multiple cases while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Open and manage new Personal Injury cases with meticulous attention to documentation and intake procedures.
- Maintain organized and precise case files, encompassing medical records, bills, and client correspondence.
- Monitor treatment progress and follow up with providers to collect records, reports, and invoices.
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, including drafting correspondence, organizing discovery, and managing timelines.
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and logistics for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Prepare settlement demands and aid in medical lien negotiations.
- Ensure proactive, empathetic communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Personal Injury workflows, including medical record requests, demand drafting, lien negotiation, and litigation support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, Needles, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
