Let’s make it a reality!About the Role The Global Performance & Value Manager is tasked with ensuring that Emma maximizes the commercial potential of its product portfolio by integrating product performance metrics, pricing strategies, and competitive insights into actionable intelligence.This newly established role aims to bridge a critical gap identified in our category diagnostics: the need for a structured pricing framework, a robust performance intelligence function, and an organized competitive monitoring system. Currently, our pricing decisions lack oversight, performance tracking is superficial, and competitive intelligence is disjointed. This role is designed to address those challenges.You will establish the analytical foundation for Category Management by supplying the data, frameworks, and strategic insights necessary for informed portfolio decisions, ensuring that our pricing logic is consistent across markets, channels, and the entire product lifecycle.
