nrb seeks a Lead Consultant in Process Design & Change Management to join a project supporting a major European institutional client in Luxembourg City. The focus is on transforming payment processes, driving operational improvements, and engaging a diverse set of stakeholders.
Role overview
This position centers on the design and rollout of new payment process models, particularly for non-EU External Office payments. The consultant leads efforts to align operations with industry standards, guide teams through change, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and procedures.
Main responsibilities
- Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for non-EU External Office payments, ensuring alignment with industry standards and addressing process gaps.
- Develop and execute a change management communication plan to prepare stakeholders for new functionalities, systems, and processes.
- Conduct impact assessments, prepare communication materials, organize training sessions, and deliver operational updates to stakeholders.
- Review and update procedures and controls, drafting new documentation to support efficient operations.
- Lead training activities and serve as the main contact during the Go-Live phase, handling post-implementation questions and incident management.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain oversight of project priorities and outcomes, secure timely approvals, contribute to sprint planning, and help manage the backlog.
- Support the transition from previous to new external service providers, identifying and addressing risks or gaps in controls.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
