About the job
Join our dynamic global team at Sectigo as a Channel Sales Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in our partner ecosystem. As the technical enablement leader, you will be the primary resource for partners, guiding them in positioning, selling, and deploying Sectigo solutions effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in scaling technical knowledge through our partners, helping them understand Sectigo’s unique value propositions, use cases, and competitive differentiators across various customer environments.
This role requires a blend of strong technical skills and the ability to educate and empower partner sales and technical teams. Rather than managing all technical execution, you will enable partners to engage confidently with customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, covering discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept guidance.
As a strategic extension of our sales organization, you will collaborate closely with channel partners, channel account managers, sales engineers, product management, and marketing to drive partner-led growth initiatives. This full-time remote position is based in the U. S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and support channel partners in the effective positioning and selling of Sectigo solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Provide tailored partner-focused technical enablement, including solution overviews, architecture discussions, and demonstrations suited for partner sales and technical teams.
- Assist partners in their sales cycles by offering technical guidance, validating use cases, and recommending best practices throughout the pre-sales process.
- Guide partners during proofs of concept, providing direction and troubleshooting support while encouraging their ownership of execution.
- Develop and facilitate partner training sessions, workshops, and enablement content to enhance partner readiness and self-sufficiency.
- Act as a technical escalation point for partner inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as necessary to resolve issues.
- Work alongside Channel Account Managers to support joint go-to-market initiatives, account planning, and strategic engagements with partners.
- Contribute technical insights into RFPs, RFIs, and proposals to support partner-led opportunities.
- Gather and relay partner and customer feedback to Product Management to influence our roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
- Engage in alliance initiatives and joint partner activities to strengthen relationships with vendors and customers.
- Travel regionally to support partner engagements, customer meetings, and industry or marketing events as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company initiatives and business objectives.
