Your professional expertise will empower you to communicate effectively about your craft and lead a team of bakers, overseeing the organization and quality control of production processes. You will bring artistic flair to your creations through various decorative techniques and adhere to stringent hygiene standards to ensure impeccable work. In this hospitality role, you will manage production to serve hundreds of clients, utilizing appropriate equipment and a functional team.Required Skills:Organize production according to best practices and technical constraints.Select high-quality raw materials based on economic criteria.Manage quantities based on orders.Optimize waste and loss management.Master dough kneading techniques.Create and utilize various types of lacto- or acetic acid fermentation.Innovate with creative breads, sandwiches, and tartines.Produce a wide range of pastries and both sweet and savory items using leavened and puff pastry.Design decorations using bread dough, marzipan, syrup paste, and writing paste.Ensure the quality of raw materials.Store raw materials and finished products under optimal conditions.Adhere to hygiene best practices and food safety regulations.
