Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily food preparation tasks, including chopping, cutting, marination, and mise en place.
Prepare and cook menu items under the supervision of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Efficiently manage assigned kitchen sections (especially for Commis I).
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation align with company standards.
Maintain a clean workstation, ensuring proper storage and hygiene at all times.
Adhere to standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines.
Support seamless kitchen operations during peak service times.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to supervisors.
Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
