What You Will Do
- Prepare and plate menu items according to RHG recipes and presentation guidelines
- Work alongside kitchen colleagues to maintain smooth service
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
