Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reports to: CEO – Kruger Corp
Job Purpose
Lead the comprehensive financial strategy of Kruger Corp, ensuring sustainability, profitability, and growth both locally and internationally. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, playing a crucial role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international corporate structuring, global taxation, and business expansion in high-growth multinational environments.
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the corporate financial strategy aligned with the group’s growth objectives, international expansion, and value creation.
Lead M&A processes: strategic analysis, valuations, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and support in post-acquisition integration.
Design and optimize financial, legal, and tax structures internationally, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance in the countries where Kruger Corp operates.
Oversee the group’s financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring liquidity, solvency, and efficient capital utilization.
Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, external auditors, and national and international strategic advisors.
Present financial information, risk analyses, and executive reports to the CEO and Board for strategic decision-making.
Lead the management of financial, currency, tax, and regulatory risks, implementing effective mitigation plans.
Direct and develop multicultural and geographically distributed financial teams, fostering a high-performance culture, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Actively support the group's organic and inorganic growth strategy, evaluating investment opportunities and expansion into new markets.
Academic Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Economics, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Master's or postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, MBA, Business Management, or similar (highly desirable).
Certifications or specialized training in M&A, corporate valuation, international taxation, IFRS/NIIF, or risk management will be valued.
Required Experience
Extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in M&A and international operations.
