This is a hands-on leadership position where you will define our vision, implement strategic initiatives, and recruit and motivate teams across borders. You will set the operational standards and pace for our growth while being prepared for temporary relocations as we expand into new territories.Our MissionWe connect seasoned professionals and investors with meticulously chosen high-potential startups and growth companies. As a member of our network, you’re not merely providing capital; you are leveraging your expertise, experience, and connections to actively generate value and drive growth.CVX Ventures stands as one of Europe’s fastest-growing venture investors, empowering our partners to invest in carefully curated opportunities that align with their interests, sectors, and expertise.Since our inception in 2020, our community has expanded to over 700 members, including angel investors, board members, and C-level executives, who have collectively invested more than EUR 100 million in 100+ companies.Joining CVX means becoming part of a reputable network where opportunities are sourced with precision and care.Currently, CVX comprises 20 ambitious and talented individuals, with plans to grow to over 100 within the next 24 months.As our Group Chief Executive Officer, you will:Drive growth and operational execution across all CVX markets, both existing and new.Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in each market.Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence.Steer the ongoing expansion of our angel investor network throughout Europe.Represent CVX at public events, conferences, and in media, enhancing our visibility and reputation.Engage in deal flow, investment decisions, and the startup ecosystem.Foster a culture of excellence and performance across all markets.
