Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst specializing in Retail Banking and play a pivotal role in driving the bank's transformation and system enhancement initiatives.As a vital liaison between Retail Banking business units, IT delivery teams, vendors, and governance functions, you will ensure that business requirements align with our approved strategy, IT roadmap, and enterprise architecture principles.Your contributions will include scoping initiatives, assessing feasibility, and evaluating solution options for wholesale banking systems.Your responsibilities will encompass:Eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements for key retail banking systems, including:Core retail and customer servicing systemsCustomer-facing channels (mobile, internet, branch, call center)Payments, cards, and customer onboarding processesPreparing and maintaining requirement artifacts such as:Business Requirements Documents (BRD)Functional Specifications / User StoriesProcess maps, workflows, use cases, and data flowsFacilitating requirements workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions with stakeholders.Collaboration is key:Work closely with retail banking, operations, finance, compliance, and risk teamsInternal IT teams (delivery, integration, infrastructure, information security)External vendors and system integratorsSupport UAT planning and execution, including requirement clarification, test case validation, and defect analysis.
