Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate extensively with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to define and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization.
Facilitate workforce planning, talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as organizational design.
Develop and deliver comprehensive HR presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive and board-level stakeholders.
HR Operations & Program Management
Lead and coordinate essential HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Propel cross-functional HR initiatives and ensure they are executed on schedule.
Analyze HR processes for inefficiencies and spearhead scalable improvements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a vital link between the CHRO and HR leadership team, business leaders, and external stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate HR leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and follow-up actions.
Ensure cohesive communication and alignment across all HR functions and regions.
Change Management & Culture
Assist in leading organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, growth, or transformation programs.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance culture, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.
Support the integration of DEI, inclusion, and wellness initiatives throughout the organization.
