We are in search of a Chief of Staff to the Founder / CTO who will be instrumental in scaling our dynamic enterprise SaaS organization at the forefront of ERP automation, AI agents, and large-scale enterprise software.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with both strong technical acumen and strategic business insight. You will delve deeply into various functions of the organization, identify excellence benchmarks, and assist in developing the processes, systems, and AI agents necessary to achieve these standards. Working closely with the Founder (who also serves as CTO, CPO, and CIO), you will engage in engineering, product development, AI, and overarching company initiatives.
This position transcends mere coordination; it is a builder, operator, and strategist role, perfectly suited for someone aspiring to become a Founder, CTO, or VP of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and scale the engineering organization: structure, hiring, processes
Ensure alignment of technical initiatives across engineering, product, and AI teams
Oversee cross-team programs (e.g., PLG platform, internal AI tools, developer productivity)
Establish new teams from the ground up and transition them to long-term management
Eliminate management bottlenecks and propel execution on primary company goals
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
