You will play a crucial role in converting business strategies, regulatory requirements, and user needs into impactful, scalable solutions. This position requires collaboration with engineering, data, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to achieve our objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with our company strategy and regulatory framework.Lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives alongside Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations teams.Simplify intricate fintech workflows (including payroll, lending, repayments, rewards, insurance) into user-friendly experiences.Utilize data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions.Balance trade-offs between speed, risk, scalability, and compliance during growth phases.Enhance processes for product discovery, delivery, and documentation.
