ennovationHUB is a rapidly expanding international e-commerce group focused on the home and living sector, particularly in furniture. With operational hubs located in Belgrade and London, we cater to customers in the UK, North America, EU, and APAC regions.
As we strive towards achieving over €100 million in annual revenue by 2026, we are in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will serve as the right hand to the CEO in this founder-led organization, taking charge of execution across the company. (Note: This is a single role, advertised across multiple locations to attract a diverse candidate pool.)
This role deviates from the traditional COO position; it is not solely about managing one department. You will collaborate with a select group of senior leaders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless execution and alignment within the company. Our environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving; therefore, you must be adaptable and thrive amid change.
The CEO will concentrate on growth, product development, and strategic direction. Your mission is to ensure effective execution, clear priorities, and aligned teams. Our operational framework is intentionally complex, encompassing various legal entities, warehouses, partners, and markets, the goal is not to simplify but to execute effectively. Enhancing customer experience and operational performance is a priority as we scale.
Your Responsibilities
Drive execution throughout the company by collaborating with existing senior leaders.
Establish structure, clarity, and prioritization among teams.
Facilitate alignment among diverse individuals and ensure decisions lead to action.
Guarantee that essential tasks are completed efficiently and without unnecessary complexity.
Support the company in its transition to the next growth phase.
Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure systems are comprehended and consistently followed across the organization.
Introduce appropriate levels of process and structure without hindering business momentum.
Important Context
You will not be starting from scratch, nor will you be expected to be the sole reason for the company's scaling. Instead, your role is integral to the transition, assisting the business in evolving its operational, communication, and execution strategies.
You will collaborate with seasoned professionals who excel in their fields. Your objective is to align, support, and enhance their collaboration rather than replace them.
