At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred. Knowledge of CSM and ITSM concepts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
