Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Prepare tables meticulously before service, ensuring all settings are neat and candles are lit. Maintain appropriate table settings and china for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. Stock all service stations with necessary items such as plates, glasses, and silverware. Clear away plates and glassware between courses, promptly resetting tables for new guests. Assist in maintaining the ambiance across food and beverage settings, including the Club, Terrace, and Pool. Ensure all silverware is polished and stored according to local standards. Complete side work as outlined in the side work sheets before and after service. Maintain cleanliness by removing dirty linens and emptying trash bins. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Skills/Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic verbal communication skills are essential.
