We are seeking passionate artists to lead engaging art classes and share their creativity with students.This is a part-time, permanent position, ideal for artists without studio space looking to teach and inspire others.Qualifications:- Proven ability to create realistic paintings and drawings- Experience teaching acrylic painting, watercolor, and drawing techniques- Enthusiasm for marketing your classes and building a loyal student baseCompensation:Instructors will receive an hourly rate, plus additional compensation based on student attendance:- $3 per student for FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes scheduled up to once a month.- $7 per student for Advanced Classes with 6 students or fewer.- $10 per student for Advanced Classes with 7 students or more.Class duration is two hours, with the goal for students to leave with a completed painting or drawing.Certification: All Grumbacher instructors must become certified through Grumbacher to teach at Michaels.
