As a member of our store team, you will embody a people-first philosophy that emphasizes authenticity, integrity, inclusion, and empathy. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will ensure that every customer interaction reflects our brand values through product presentation, packaging, and care. Your enthusiasm for collaboration will inspire exceptional experiences for our customers, whether they are shopping in-store, picking up online orders, or returning products. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' journeys as they interact with our store. You will be trained in all operational aspects, both customer-facing and back-of-house. This holistic approach will empower you to assist customers effectively while receiving guidance from leadership. Performance expectations include but are not limited to the following:
