As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will ensure that every customer interaction reflects our brand values through product presentation, packaging, and care. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' journeys as they interact with our store. You will be trained in all operational aspects, both customer-facing and back-of-house. This holistic approach will empower you to assist customers effectively while receiving guidance from leadership. Performance expectations include but are not limited to the following:
