As a Sector Manager, you will lead production teams and oversee the operational and economic management of traffic flows.
Missions include:
- Management: Supervise the team members under your responsibility, foster team dynamics, ensure timely distribution of schedules to agents, and adapt planning in real-time according to security regulations and operational needs.
- Validate service reports and expense notes, conduct performance evaluations and career development discussions, and maintain the skill level of your team in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
- May act as the local representative of the Company, handling mandatory postings and facility management.
Quality, Personnel Safety, Environment & Railway Safety:
- Ensure the safety of personnel and report any risk situations to management, implement action plans, and ensure compliance with QSE policies.
- May represent the Company during operational incidents or accidents.
- Conduct field visits and lead safety initiatives within the team.
