We are seeking a dedicated Security Engineer for a contract opportunity with Procom Services. Candidates should have a solid 3-7 years of experience in Security Operations within a Managed Security Services context. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge in incident response and security event analytics, coupled with adaptability to navigate through varying project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate escalations to internal support teams to guarantee prompt incident resolution.
- Oversee the operational management of security tools such as Bluecoat, Q-Radar, Qualys, Rapid 7, and FireEye.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and manage remediation reporting and metrics for infrastructure.
- Revise and uphold policies, schedules, and parameters for vulnerability scanning tools.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct training sessions for personnel and external clients about security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Automate security analysis, administration, and remediation processes.
- Engage in client audits and maintain current knowledge of security trends and regulatory requirements.
