About the Role
We are in search of a Security Lead to enhance Playson’s information security framework and promote the ongoing improvement of our security culture.
This position requires a blend of technical acumen, investigative diligence, and leadership in processes to guarantee that our systems, data, and personnel are secure, compliant, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities:
Information Security & Compliance
Continuously maintain and enhance the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Cultivate a robust Security-First mindset throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of IT, and DevOps teams to strengthen internal security controls.
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and manage certification renewals.
Update security policies and controls in accordance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant international frameworks (such as NIST CSF and NIS2 principles where applicable). Manage integrations and alerts within Datadog SIEM, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace.
Support DLP implementation and maintain centralized tracking of security events.
Document risks, incidents, and corrective measures to ensure continuous compliance.
Incident Response & Investigation
Lead investigations into security incidents, including phishing attacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
Collect and analyze digital evidence across various systems (CrowdStrike, Cloudflare, Google, Slack).
Enhance and maintain incident response playbooks and escalation workflows.
