The Senior Account Executive position is based in Irving, Texas. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and Flywheel Digital’s internal teams, working closely with account management, creative, digital, and production groups to keep projects moving smoothly from kickoff through completion.
What you will do
- Develop, manage, and execute client programs covering a variety of activities.
- Initiate projects by gathering all necessary information from clients.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and prepare projects for launch.
- Provide clear direction to creative, production, and planning teams using standardized forms such as job starts, change orders, and mechanical orders, while offering strategic input during the creative process.
- Delegate and oversee larger projects within the team.
- Build and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Run vendor meetings and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee financial management: estimate time and costs, write estimates, coordinate finance system entries, and track costs to stay within budget.
- Create effective decks and presentations for client meetings.
