We are currently looking for a (Senior) Account Executive, DACH (f/m/d) to join our Commercial Development team. This pivotal role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to drive the expansion of our customer base and increase market revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities
Qualifying incoming leads and proactively reaching out to your own list of potential clients.
Presenting tailored solutions to prospects through discovery and demonstration calls, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and their stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and signings.
Creating an exceptional onboarding experience for customers by guiding them through the sign-up process and introducing them to our Customer Success Managers.
Staying informed about company developments through collaboration with other departments (such as marketing and product) and keeping abreast of market trends.
Accurate reporting and tracking of your activities within our CRM system.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following experience and qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or Account Executive, ideally within the B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech sectors, and preferably in a full sales-cycle or solution sales capacity.
Fluency in both German (C2) and English, with excellent communication skills.
