Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive (referred to as Area Directors at N2) to launch, expand, and oversee a Stroll publication in your local area. If chosen, you will operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, forging partnerships with business owners, and crafting a magazine that captures the essence of your community.
Your initial months will concentrate on establishing your territory and building a clientele. From there, you will cultivate an asset that is distinctly yours.
This hybrid role combines in-person community engagement with remote work from your home office.

- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to foster long-term advertising partnerships.
- Develop meaningful connections within the community through a proven engagement model.
- Connect local businesses with their target customers via your publication.
- Engage with homeowners to gather authentic, community-oriented content.
- Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations effectively.
- Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and continuous support.
- Lead your publication's growth as the representative of Stroll in your area.
