What does the role entail?

Our Sales Team is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to strategically acquire new business across the Southern Africa region. This role is pivotal in surpassing revenue targets through the acquisition of new logo sales within our suite of CX, CCaaS, AI, and Digital solutions. Join us in leading the charge in this growing market.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at NiCE, you will need the expertise and insight to comprehend both new and existing clients’ requirements for our digital solutions. Your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences while devising innovative strategies to address their business challenges. You will define tailored strategies that align with their objectives, showcasing the value and potential of our platform through customized use cases.

Your Impact:

  • Consistently close deals and cultivate a pipeline that meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Support sales partners in their efforts by engaging in sales calls and closing deals.
  • Continue to enhance product knowledge through ongoing sales training.
  • Participate in industry events to grow your network.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and current clients, as well as sales partners.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors in the CCaaS, Digital, and AI sectors, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by grasping their processes, needs, and hurdles.
  • Engage clients in discussions surrounding business strategy and ROI, illustrating how NiCE can enhance their customer relationships.
