In this senior-level individual contributor position, you will take charge of managing and nurturing relationships with our most strategic and intricate customer accounts across the EMEA region. As a pivotal member of our post-sales organization, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities, all while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes.
Our team's objective is to achieve substantial net revenue expansion within the Vanta customer base, as measured by Net Revenue Retention. You will align customers' security and compliance goals with their growth ambitions, leveraging Vanta’s innovative solutions.
This position is based in our Dublin or London office, following a hybrid work model with in-office days set for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager at Vanta:
Revenue & Growth
Take ownership of and surpass revenue targets for your designated portfolio, focusing on renewals, upsells, and account expansion.
Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value.
Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities across Vanta's diverse product portfolio (Core, Plus, Scale packages, EPD modules, Trust Management, Vendor Risk Management).
Navigate intricate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles effectively.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify signals for growth.
Strategic Account Management
Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts throughout the EMEA region, including enterprise clients with complex organizational structures.
Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing the product roadmap.
Develop a profound understanding of customer needs, objectives, and challenges.
