Role overview
The Senior Account Manager - Medical is based in either London or Manchester. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of multiple medium to large-scale projects. Responsibilities include leading account activities, coordinating project execution, and supporting junior colleagues to achieve strong results.
What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison for clients across assigned accounts
- Oversee the delivery of several projects at once, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and project effectiveness
- Coordinate project execution in partnership with account leads and sponsors
- Build a broad understanding of each account’s overall program and objectives
- Contribute to strategic planning and financial management for assigned accounts
- Adjust leadership style to manage both up and down within the team, depending on project needs
