Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for (1) nurturing and expanding our existing client portfolio, (2) establishing robust relationships with new stakeholders at global subscriber offices, and (3) proactively offering insights and support to solidify Euromonitor as their primary solutions provider. This proactive role focuses on activity-driven success, measured by completion rates and revenue growth. The AM must be confident, self-motivated, and eager to engage closely with clients to drive commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contract renewals and drive revenue growth for each client.
- Foster and develop client relationships.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' organizations, strategies, and priorities through meticulous mapping and strategic planning, expanding the user network and usage, and effectively communicating the benefits of our Passport and research methodologies.
- Position Passport as an essential tool, cultivating a partnership-oriented relationship.
- Provide expert research support to clients, leveraging a thorough understanding of Euromonitor's product offerings and research methodologies.
- Encourage increased usage and information sharing to enhance client participation in our research initiatives.
- Support your assigned local and global accounts through:
- Resolving inquiries;
- Conducting user training sessions, both in-person and online;
- Developing new user bases;
- Gathering client success stories;
- Managing registrations and resolving login issues;
- Collaborating with internal teams.
