Role overview
The Senior Account Manager leads account management efforts and develops strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role balances strategic planning with practical project execution. Daily work involves collaborating with clients and internal agency teams, while also guiding the account team to deliver quality work on schedule.
What you will do
- Lead the Account Management team with a focus on strategy and results.
- Build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients, aligning agency services with client goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and craft solutions based on prior experience.
- Work closely with senior staff across departments to address project requirements and resolve challenges.
- Mentor team members and act as a trusted advisor within the group.
- Stay updated on MERGE’s capabilities and resources, and pursue new opportunities as they emerge.
