Coordinate daily accounting operations with the Regional Accounting Hub, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Assist and oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial postings and documentation. Review and validate key accounting entries and reconciliations, including bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, and intercompany transactions. Prepare supporting documentation for internal reporting, audits, and regional finance requests. Supervise the proper flow and validation of accounting documentation, such as invoices and contracts. Support treasury-related processes, including invoice validation and payment coordination.
