We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer proficient in AI-assisted coding methodologies. You are adept at utilizing multiple agents to autonomously deliver features at unprecedented speeds. Your understanding of the strengths and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) enables you to create effective feedback loops and implement guardrails that maximize their potential.
Technical Stack
Backend systems built using Scala, utilizing a comprehensive suite of GCP services.
Frontend applications developed with React and TypeScript.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Identify and implement enhancements to the codebase, enabling faster and safer agent performance.
Collaborate with a team of elite engineers in a low-process environment characterized by trust and autonomy.
Leverage AI to create comprehensive documentation and specifications that guide team consensus and decision-making asynchronously.
Rapidly develop and deploy features from user experience to database integration, with minimal oversight.
Design scalable solutions and foundational patterns that facilitate the efficient launch of new portals.
Demonstrated experience in training, deploying, and continuously optimizing LLMs to enhance complex product functionalities.
Engage directly with Product Managers and business stakeholders to shape and refine our development roadmap; your insights and technical vision are crucial.
