We are in search of a seasoned software engineer who has embraced best practices in AI-assisted coding. Instead of merely auto-completing your code, you skillfully employ multiple agents to autonomously deliver features at unprecedented speeds. You possess a nuanced understanding of the strengths and limitations of LLMs and know how to establish effective feedback loops and guardrails to maximize their potential.
Technology Stack
- Our backend is built using Scala, complemented by a range of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- The frontend consists of web applications utilizing React and TypeScript.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Identify and implement enhancements to the codebase, enabling agents to operate faster and more securely.
- Collaborate with a team of elite engineers in a low-process environment that promotes trust and autonomy.
- Utilize AI to create comprehensive documentation and specifications that assist in driving decisions and building consensus asynchronously.
- Rapidly develop and learn. Orchestrate AI agents to create new features from user experience through to database management with minimal supervision.
- Design scalable solutions and foundational patterns that facilitate the efficient launch of new portals.
- Engage directly with Product Managers and business partners to shape and refine our roadmap; your insights and technical vision are invaluable.
- Work alongside a diverse team, providing and receiving constructive feedback essential for professional growth.
