Role Details
As a Senior AI and Automation Engineer, you will spearhead the development of our AI and automation initiatives. You will design, build, and deploy automation workflows and AI-driven tools essential for our recruitment processes, such as candidate pre-qualification pipelines and client-facing matching systems. Working closely with the AI & Automation Strategy Lead, you will translate strategic objectives into production-ready systems. This role demands a hands-on approach with a focus on ownership, you're expected to start building immediately instead of merely participating in planning meetings.
Your Contributions
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain the automation infrastructure that processes over 25,000 candidates monthly using advanced AI workflows.
- Integrate large language model APIs (such as Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) into our candidate evaluation and matching pipelines.
- Architect and deliver internal tools, matching engines, scoring systems, and data pipelines, that effectively reduce recruiter workloads and enhance placement speeds.
- Take ownership of the technical build on N8N (self-hosted), designing robust and scalable workflows with effective error handling and monitoring.
