Key ResponsibilitiesWe seek a proficient AI Engineer to join our team, tasked with designing advanced software solutions for our AI-driven systems. In this influential role, you will have the chance to innovate, propose new solutions, and engage in high-impact projects aimed at enhancing product quality, security, and performance. As a vital team member, you will focus on developing, testing, and maintaining scalable AI solutions, particularly with large language models (LLMs) and system performance. Engage in the design and planning of software solutions for AI-driven systems. Propose and implement new solutions and enhancements to existing technology frameworks. Collaborate with engineering teams (Frontend, UX, etc.) to tackle technical challenges. Document technical solutions using diagrams and clear descriptions for other technical teams. Advocate for advancements in product quality, security, and performance. Write clean, maintainable code that complies with internal standards for scalability and high-performance web environments. Identify and address technical debt to boost team efficiency. Manage LLM costs, latency, and flow traceability, utilizing Langfuse for debugging.
