Role Overview:
You will begin your journey by developing a cutting-edge system as part of our dedicated team, engaging in a focused, greenfield environment. After an initial period of integration into the project, you will transition seamlessly into direct collaboration with the client, becoming an integral part of their team, responsible for the ongoing development and scaling of the product. This role ensures continuity, as there is no handover phase or context switching; you will consistently work with the same codebase, product, and technical challenges, allowing for long-term ownership and significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end NLP and deep learning systems.
Build LLM-powered applications that effectively engage with real users.
Develop and maintain production-level Python services.
Expose models and pipelines through REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask).
Work on retrieval models and techniques (RAG, embeddings, ranking).
Continuously evaluate, monitor, and enhance model and system quality.
Scale systems to manage substantial volumes of requests.
Challenges in This Role:
Developing a greenfield project from the ground up.
Creating high-scale, user-facing systems that meet strict performance and reliability standards.
