Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows integrated into real business processes. Build and maintain Python-based AI systems, focusing on LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and orchestration. Handle large, diverse datasets, including ERP data, emails, documents, APIs, and files. Develop and manage vectorization pipelines and retrieval strategies. Trace, monitor, and debug LLM calls, prompts, outputs, and failures. Establish and uphold quality, reliability, and evaluation standards for AI outputs. Collaborate closely with product, business, and technology stakeholders. Assess when AI is the appropriate tool for the task at hand. Document architectures, trade-offs, and decisions in a clear and pragmatic manner. Requirements:Proven hands-on experience with Python in production environments. Experience building systems with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models, etc.). Solid understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval patterns. Experience with prompting, evaluation, tracing, and output quality control. Ability to design AI systems that are robust, explainable, and maintainable. Comfort working with ERP data and Microsoft systems. A product mindset focused on outcomes, not just models. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for system behavior. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated persistence, curiosity, and motivation to learn. Experience integrating AI into real business workflows is a significant advantage.
