The Role
We are in search of an outstanding Senior AI Research Engineer dedicated to training and enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs) throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes Domain-Adaptive Pretraining, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning (RL/RLVR), and sophisticated post-training techniques such as reward modeling, preference optimization, and RL-VR workflows. In this role, you will spearhead hands-on training initiatives, provide direction for research, and construct robust data, training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
You should possess a profound understanding of LLM internals, covering aspects like attention/MLP dynamics, normalization, optimization behavior, and scaling laws, along with familiarity with cutting-edge architectures such as Mixture of Experts (MoE) and other innovative design choices. Collaborating closely with product and platform teams, you will translate research insights into high-performance systems.
